So, first order of business - get new players.
Now that the forums and the server are set up, we need to get players, obviously.
If I was to look for a classic server based solely on the list, I would want to see:
The name - Is it gramatically correct, capitalized?
Players - Are there players online?
Uptime - Has it been up for a while, therefore is it a stable server?
The country - Is it US, or some other English speaking country?

Currently, we have all of those... except for players online, lol. Razz

And for the forums:
Look - Are they appealing to the eyes? Easy to navigate?
Players - Are there a lot of players frequently posting? Is it active recently?
Grammar - Are most players talking grammatically in general? Are they using good language, acting civil?

TL;DR: Be more active on both the server & forums, that's what attracts players.
